Comprehensive Service Plans
Our comprehensive service plans provide clients with regular support services and scheduled system maintenance, all at a fixed, monthly cost. A list of some of the benefits follow:

Provides priority, remote and on-site support and maintenance services at a fixed monthly cost.

Discounted hourly, technical-services fees for new projects and other services that fall outside of the maintenance and support schedule.

Maintenance Service Plans
Maintenance service plans are provided to clients who wish for us to provide system maintenance on a regular schedule and be available to assist with issues that arise but do not wish to have service costs fixed each month. Some of the key attributes of these service plans follow:
