We offer a number of service choices and we customize our plans to meet the specific needs of each client. For simplicity, based upon what our clients are telling us they need, these varied offerings generally fall under the following service categories:

Comprehensive Service Plans

Our comprehensive service plans provide clients with regular support services and scheduled system maintenance, all at a fixed, monthly cost. A list of some of the benefits follow:

Provides priority, remote and on-site support and maintenance services at a fixed monthly cost.
Discounted hourly, technical-services fees for new projects and other services that fall outside of the maintenance and support schedule.
Proactive review of systems to identify issues before major problems arise.
Regular application of software driver, firmware and security patches as recommended by the hardware and software vendors.
Regular monitoring of the protective systems such as backups, antivirus, anti-spam and network security devices.
Regular reports outlining system performance, issues and their resolution and system/operational recommendations.
Priority issue resolution due to system familiarity and priority response.

Maintenance Service Plans

Maintenance service plans are provided to clients who wish for us to provide system maintenance on a regular schedule and be available to assist with issues that arise but do not wish to have service costs fixed each month. Some of the key attributes of these service plans follow:

Provides expedited remote and on-site support and maintenance services, though not restricted to a monthly fee structure.
Lower hourly, technical-services fees.
Proactive review of covered systems to identify issues before major problems arise.
Regular application of software driver, firmware and security patches as recommended by the hardware and software vendors for covered systems.
Routine monitoring of the protective systems such as backups, antivirus, anti-spam and network security devices for covered systems.
Regular reports outlining maintenance activities.
Expedited issue resolution due to system familiarity and priority response.

À La Carte Services

Some clients may prefer for us to provide services on request and may not find value in the priority service delivery or discounted rates provided by the Comprehensive and Maintenance Service Plans. For organizations that require only occasional assistance, we can provide remote and on-site services at standard hourly rates.

In addition to the standard service and support options listed above, Banshee Networks also provides a number of specialized services and product options that tend to be more project-oriented in nature.
